This vest is made from an 1912 grain sack made by the Amoskeag Manufacturing Company in Manchester, New Hampshire. It is paired with a blue striped cotton, is fully lined and has front welt pockets. The patches, discoloration and general wear and tear is much of the beauty of a textile that was used and reused for so many years.
